Poor Experience with Gate Installation
Disappointing Service
The reviewer had a terrible experience with a gate installation company, which led to a series of problems with the new gate. Despite paying over $700 for the service, the handle broke off, and the gate would not open completely due to inaccurate wood trimming. Additionally, the work area was left in a mess with piles of mud and concrete, and the company did not clean up after themselves.
Lack of Accountability
To make matters worse, when the reviewer tried to contact the company to express their concerns, they were ignored, and their calls were not returned. This lack of accountability and poor customer service added to the reviewer's frustration.
Additional Costs
