In 2001, Bill Hogan and his brother Ryan Hogan founded Mobile Fencing, Inc. with the goal of providing a more personalized and custom approach to temporary fencing. Bill's motivation for starting the company was fueled by his concern for pedestrian safety. He noticed that construction sites were often left unsecured, putting both pedestrians and site operators at risk. Recognizing the need for a more proactive and responsible approach to fencing, the brothers set out to build a company that would prioritize customer service and quality workmanship.
