The Process

At Metro Fence, our process is designed with your convenience in mind:

• Meeting: After you contact us, we will schedule an onsite meeting at your home or facility to create a free, written proposal for your fencing project.
• Receiving a Quote: Once we have the style and measurements you desire, we will work up a quote for your project and send it to you via email.
• Agreement: If you decide to proceed, we will send you a short, one-page agreement for you to sign. A 50% deposit is required to schedule your project.
• Preparation: We will coordinate with you to perform underground utility locates to identify water lines, gas lines, sewer, electric and cable TV lines. This process is requires 3-5 days and is necessary for our safety and compliance with state law.
• Installation: Our installation crew will arrive on the agreed-upon date, remove your old fence, and install the new one. We kindly ask you to remove personal belongings from the fence area and make room for our construction equipment.
• Satisfaction Guaranteed: Upon completion, our installation crew will ask you to walk the new fence with them to ensure you are satisfied with the installation. One of our project managers will also visit within a week to assess the installation quality.
• Final Payment: After a week, one of our accounting staff will contact you via email or phone to arrange for final payment.
